Hi, I’m working at the CNESST, a governmental library in Occupational Health and Safety in Canada. We have an expert here that would like to consult the document “PSPA, 1997, Standard 002 Emergency Wayfinding Guidance Systems, Part 1 : Code of Practice for the Installation of Emergency Wayfinding Guidance (LLL) Systems Produced from Photoluminescence for Use in Public, Industrial and Commercial Buildings, Photoluminescent Safety Products Association, UK.” and I’m not sure that it’s on your website. Is there a way that we can buy this specific document ? If you have any question, don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you!

Is there any official document to proof the extended Class E to Class G classification of the photoluminescent product? I understand that the ISO17398 only includes classifications from A to D.
Dear Muzammil Salahuddin. I am sorry to take so much time to answer you. The PSPA classification that “was” on the website has been done long time ago, and before International and National standards – ISO and DIN, UNE, ASTM, and others – have produce their own documents. At that time, some PSPA members were developing new raw materials, new pigments and new products that were much above the previous classifications. The “state of the art” developed faster than standards, and that’s why, while waiting for the know-how recognition from the standards institutes, PSPA decided to take a step forward.… Read more »

Classe E (2200-520-170-70 mcd/m2) was created by DIN 67510-4:2008 and after 67510-1:2020. I don’t know any class G on any document.
Does PSPA issue out an official documentation for this extension of the classifications to Class G?
Sorry, as I do not know any class G. Can you inform us any law or standard that mentioned class G?
https://www.thepspa.com/clasification/
the Class G is mentioned here in this link.
