BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PSPA MEMBERSHIP FEES REDUCED IN 50% IN 2025

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic across all business sectors in 2021, PSPA decided to reduce membership 2022 fees by 50%.

Also, in 2022, PSPA major projects were delayed and the Management Meetings (MM) and Annual General Meetings (AGM) were virtual. That means PSPA didn’t invest and managed to save some money that was supposed to be spent.

It was decided at the 2022 AGM that from 2023 forward most of the MM would continue to be virtual.

However, one of the PSPA major goals is to have all members present in the face-to-face AGM. So, in 2025 PSPA will offer to all members:

  • An exceptional reduction of 50% on the annual fee;
  • One night accommodation and dinner at the hotel where the PSPA AGM will be held in 2025 to encourage all members to be present and participate in this meeting, making the event even more interesting and fruitful.

Thus, the annual subscription fee in 2025 will be £450 instead of £900 (for Full Membership), £75 instead of £150 (for Subsidiary Membership) and £225 instead of £450 (for Observer Membership).

When you join the PSPA you become part of a well-established international Association that works tirelessly, on behalf of and in partnership with, its members to ethically develop the worldwide market for photoluminescent products in terms of materials and their applications. 

There are three types of membership for you should consider:

  • Choose FULL MEMBER if you would like to:
    • Participate actively in PSPA’s meetings and want to positively contribute to the photoluminescent market development strategy.
    • Use the PSPA logo to communicate the integrity of your business.
    • Have access to all up to date technical and market information.
    • Meet colleagues in the industry to discuss current issues affecting the industry.
  • Choose SUBSIDIARY MEMBER if:
    • Your parent company is a Full Member and you wish to participate in General Meetings and are happy to exchange voting rights for a lower subscription fee than that paid by a Full Member.
    • Your parent company is a Full Member and you wish to access all up to date technical and market information for a lower subscription fee than that paid by a Full Member.
    • Your parent company is a Full Member and you wish to meet colleagues in the industry to discuss current issues affecting the industry for a lower fee than that paid by a Full Member.
  • Choose OBSERVER MEMBER if:
    • You wish to experience what it is like to be a member before converting to Full Membership status.
      NOTE – Membership of this category may be temporary at the discretion of the Management Committee.
    • Your current budget does not stretch to the Full Membership subscription fee but you are happy to exchange voting rights for a lower subscription fee than that paid by a Full Member.
    • Your current budget does not stretch to the Full Membership subscription fee but you wish to use the PSPA logo to communicate the integrity of your business for a lower subscription fee than that paid by a Full Member.
    • Your current budget does not stretch to the Full Membership subscription fee but you wish to meet colleagues in the industry to discuss current issues affecting the industry for a lower fee than that paid by a Full Member.

FULL MEMBER

Definition and Fee

Individual or company with a major interest in photoluminescent products.
Cost (£):
Annual Subscription Fee : £900.00

One Off Joining Fee: £250.00

One off artwork fee to have your logo and company details on the PSPA website so that people can contact you directly from our site: £250.00

  • The right to attend, speak and vote on resolutions at General Meetings including the AGM;
  • The right to participate in the PSPA Management Committee Meetings;
  • The right to become a Director of the Association:
  • Use of the PSPA logo;
  • Access to the PSPA website members area and its contents including information relating to
    • Latest products and technical developments in the industry;
    • Latest national and international standards;
    • New legislation development;
    • New entrants to the industry;
    • Threats to the industry that need addressing.

SUBSIDIARY MEMBER

Definition

Wholly owned subsidiary of a Full Member.

Annual Subscription Fee: £150.00

Individual, Company or Association with an interest in photoluminescent products

  • Access to the PSPA website members area and its contents including information relating to
